About The J.T. Horns Serving all of Northern California for over 10 years, The J.T. Horns is a powerhouse funk, soul, and R&B band. The band is composed of three vocalists, a five-piece rhythm section including a groove-monster Latin percussionist, and the heart of our band, a powerful five-piece horn section. We can be heard playing the music of Tower of Power, Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, James Brown, and many others. Our repertoire currently consists of over 200 songs, with a set list that is easily tailored to a client’s requests, and we can also incorporate new songs if they happen to not be on the list.

The band members are professional musicians from the local Jazz community. We are extremely flexible in our repertoire, and are ready to perform many Jazz and vocal standards, as well as “small big band” selections.
